The central theme of the work of Aleš Loziak is the the landscape as a place where people move, live and dia. Often, in completely banal human images, we can find metaphors for existential questions. He seeks new methods of photographic installation, while attempting to maintain the contemplative character of classical easel painting. In this author’s screening, Loziak will present his projects and a series of video haiku.
Aleš Loziak studied photography at the University J.E. Purkyně in Ustí nad Labem, where he currently pursues his postdoctorate.
