The Open Cut project of Polish artist Jerzi Dobrzanski is conceived as a metaphoric visual intervention to the public space of different cities. He is playing with the surface of old walls and tries to create an image of illusive surgery to the architecture. The intention of his painting is to animate the surface of the wall, to reveal the sight of the construction materials.
Prepared in teh framework of artist residency project and in collaboration with yoyo artist initiative, supported by International Visegrad Fund.
