The Tembryo project is made up of three Prague-based musicians Jan Faix (keyboards), Filip Černý (electric guitar, live electronics) and Jan Kyncl (tenor saxophone). In the recent years, they have been playing together in bands and projects of different genres, be it avant-garde jazz, electronic music or alternative rock (Noise Pictures of Boris Gagloev, Bob Saint-Claire, Unifiction, Polyphony Cowboys, etc.). Tembryo is their new platform intended for the development of non-idiomatic improvisation.
The release party of the eponymous studio album is going to take place in “Školská 28: Communication Space” . There is also going to be an exhibition of a limited edition of original CDs designed by the artist Jiří Hanuš. The music will be available for free download from the webpage of the publisher on www.fluidumrecords.cz.
