Release party of Tierce CD (Jez riley French / Daniel Jones / Ivan Palacký). Tierce is an international trio of electroacoustic musicians which has existed since 2007: first Jez riley French (electronics, objects, field-recordings, zither, contact mics, etc..), Daniel Jones on turntables and electronics, and finally, Ivan Palacký on amplified knitting machine. Tierce released new CD Caisson on Another Timbre label.
Stefano Ferrian is an italian musician, composer and improviser based in Novara, in the north-west part of Italy.
He plays guitars since the age of 9 studying various genres like Classical, Blues, Rock, Fusion, Funky and Avantgarde techniques. He’s one of the former member of the Italian well known avant-core band .psychofagist. He had also collaborated with a lot of different bands like; Udus, Ephel Duath, Insane Assholes, Hunab Ku, ETB, Mombu, The True Endless and in the folk project Skoll. After more than a decade playing in extreme/experimental bands he starts studying Saxophones. Right now he’s involved as guitarist/saxophonist in the field of European Radical Improvisation, Jazz and Experimental/Extreme projects and since 2002 he played over Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Finland, Sweden and Norway. He recorded or played live with musicians like Davide Tiso (Ephel Duath), Mario Gabola, Damo Suzuki, Stefano Giust, Dominik Gawara, Ivan Pilat, Luca T Mai (ZU), Chris Iemulo, Gianni Mimmo, Luca Pissavini, Ivan Bert, SEC_, M Tabe, Eraldo Bernocchi, Xabier Iriondo, Cristiano Calcagnile, Wendelin Büchler, Ezramo, Liz Allbee, Clayton Thomas, Axel Haller, Andrea Quattrini, Sabir Mateen, Patrizia Oliva, Cecilia Quinteros, Vito Emanuele Galante, Claudio Milano, Gustavo Costa, Henrique Fernandes, Pentti Dassum, Jonna Karanka, Mika Rintala, Ville Bromander, Leo Svensson, Finn Loxbo, Frøydis Dahlø, Vegard Lauvdal, Adriam Myhr, Tøre Sandbakken, Mette Henriette Martedatter Rølvag, Andreas Wildhagen.
