A psychogeographic expedition to several locations in Prague’s New Town. It’s worth a visit to see and to listen, not only from the point of view of architeture or history, but also from the perspective of the sonic experience.
The expedition will be led by Miloš Vojtěchovsky, who teaches at the Film and Television School of the Academy of Performing Arts, and instigator of the web sound project Zvuky Prahy/Sounds of Prague. Primary sonic research will be carried out in locations that lead through Kateřinky, Karlov, Albertov and Vyšehrad.
Participants will meeting at the pub U Pravdů on Žitná street 15 (across from the house At the White Lion, where Antonín Dvořák lived and died).
