Unique concert evening where three important figures on electronice scene present own approach to their electronic devices. All of the were or will be leaders of workshops in gallery Školská 28. Tamara Wilhelm is focused on DIY electronic instruments and Klaus Filip with noid they perform with freeware called ppooll/lloopp.

Tamara Wilhelm
Tamara Wilhelm builds simple oscillators whose sparse sounds she uses in musical collaborations, sound installations and compositions. She studied at the Institute for Electroacoustic Composition at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Besides numerous encounters in improvising contexts she plays in several formations, their focuses reach from noise and abstract music, imaginary soundscapes and instant songs to multimedia performance. Since 2001 she furthermore engages in experimental instrument building and vegetable-adequate composition with The Vegetable Orchestra.

Klaus Filip & noid
Klaus Filip is a performer/composer/programmer and is maybe the first viennese musician, who used the laptop on stage at around 1993. The main focus of his current work is sinewaves, whose subtle and adducent sounds are used in a wide dynamic range depending on the project; that could be a noisy set with Chulki Hong or playing at the odor detection threshold with Radu Malfatti. Klaus Filip runs a software project called ppooll (formerly known as lloopp) that is a networking collection of a variety of modules. Colaborations with: Radu Malfatti, Kai Fagaschinski, Werner Dafeldecker, dieb13, Christof Kurzmann, Christian Fennesz, John Butcher, mattin, Taku Unami, o.blaat, Taku Sugimoto, Toshimaru Nakamura and many others.

noid /aka Arnold Haberl is musician, composer, sound artist living and working in Vienna. His music interprets the reality of sound we live in - this reality consists of imaginations, wishes, dreams and acoustical hallucinations as well as of the sound of the fan of a laptop or the wolf-tone of a cello. Since the self-understanding of his work can be described as fundamental research the results are mostly understandable as a concentrate (essence), leaving out irrelevant points. Consequently his musical works span from solo-works and installations to compositions for ensembles, using electronics as well as acoustic instruments.
This lead him to collaborations with several choreographers and visual artists and as an improvisor he performs in various constellations, among others with: Taku Unami, o.blaat, Axel Doerner, Christian Weber, Kai Fagaschinski, dieb13, Kazuhisa Uchihashi, Tamara Wilhelm etc... Also he is programming for the "ppooll" project: an open source / copyleft / freeware, designed for live - improvisation, composition.
