Xavier Charles
The work of clarinetist Xavier Charles ranges from noise to electro-acoustic via sound poetry. He has played in numerous new music festivals in France and abroad.
In his work with groups and collectives, he has also collaborated with Martin Tetrault, The Ex, Ingar Zach, Pierre Berthet, Axel Dörner, Ivar Grideland, John Butcher, Jacques Di Donato, Frédéric Le Junter, Otomo Yoshihide, Getachew Mekuria, Christian Wallumrod, Emmanuelle Pellegrini, Lionel Marchetti, Jean-Philippe Gross, Michel Doneda and Frédéric Blondy; and the collectives (Dans Les Arbres, Ouie-Dire, ONCEIM, No Spaguettitti Edition, Chris Burn Ensemble, Atmosphérique).
Currently his musical research ranges from performance on the clarinet to the installation of vibrating speakers, at the edge of improvised music, noisy rock and electro-acoustic sound. He is deeply involved in the music world as an organizer of the festival "Densités".

Zdeněk Závodný
Zdeněk Závodný creates mostly sound installations based on relationship of sound and picture, he researches borders between audible and visible. His installation are often based on transmission of the light to the sound and sound to the picture and also on manipulation of electronic pictures by sound. He is using acoustic effects of sites, electronic, light, acoustic vibrations and musical instruments (from traditional to selfinvented). Beside sound installation he is focused also on video and performance. He plays woodwind instruments (saxophones, bassclarinet, tarogato, recorders etc.) and creates his own musical instruments from different materials (plastic and metal tubes, destroyed brass instruments etc.). As musician he plays with Prague Improivising Orchestra, JazzKhonspiracy, Band of Wood.

+x (plus ix) is a duo comprised of guitarists, improvisers and composers Tomáš Mika and Ian Mikyska, in which they also act as authors of texts on the verges of poetry, prose and concepts. The improvisational component is based on extremely simple constructive principles and complete legibility.
Ian Mikyska is a composer and improviser, active mainly on the fringes of sound; improvisation, performance, text, theatre.
Tomáš Mika is a guitarist and composer active in a wide range of ensembles including free improvisation, jazz, performances with the Berg Orchestra and monkey shrieks.
They collaborate in the multimedia improvisation ensemble Stratocluster and the novelty-postmodernism group Tajná chuť (Secret Taste).
