Brian Labycz is an improviser hailing from Chicago primarily performing with electronics. Currently working with a modular synthesizer he has also utilized a range of sources such as acoustic instruments, digital manipulations, field recordings, and self-made devices to produce and explore various expressive forms. With a primary focus on improvisation his aim is to produce dynamic gestures with electronics in a live setting. The goal is to transcend gadgetry to arrive at a fully realized performance instrument. Working as a soloist and in various group settings he has performed and released work in the US and Japan. He has also organized events in Chicago and abroad and is actively hosting the Myopic Improvised Music Series as well as the Protest Series at Heaven Gallery.

Gerard Lebik creates sound and music, either by improvisation, musical notation or through direct manipulation of sonic material using acoustic, electronic and electroacoustic media. Expands music area through various tools and techniques: tenor saxophone, contralto clarinet, zopan wave generators, electronics, air compressors, analog video feedback, sound objects and software. In 2007 graduated Academy of Music Wroclaw. Began from classical music by jazz, free improvisation to experimental, sound art and noise. In theater, he has been doing research work in the field of post spectacular, antimimetic theater and the integration of science and technology in performing arts.
He writes for magazines World and Theatre, A2, HIS Voice. He is co-founder of Wakushoppu concert series. On his own blog Endemit Archives he tries to collect pieces from local deep underground, freak-out, outsider music, plain-weird music, all kinds of antimusic activities and strictly-home-recording audio.

The project nula.cc by Lloyd Dunn: a filecast is an assemblage, with elements taken from what recording devices have managed to capture during recent history, fragments of which lie now within easy reach, though scattered in disarray around us. Lloyd Dunn’s “55505 pareidolia” is a visual essay, meditation and puzzle made up of found recordings that include optically recorded sounds from narrative films, field recordings of steam locomotives, and radio transmissions from space.
