Noetinger, Jérôme
Born in Marseille in 1966, Jérôme Noetinger is a composer and improviser who works with electroacoustic devices (mainly tape recorder). He has toured extensively around the world, both solo and with ensembles. Noetinger is the director of Metamkine, a non-profit organization dedicated to the distribution of improvised and electroacoustic music, and has been an editorial board member of the quarterly journal of contemporary sound, poetry, and performance Revue & Corrigée since 1987.
