The Perpedes Grant Program fosters a closer connection between artistic and cultural activities, and the daily lives of various social strata and communities, on both local and regional scales.

The program focuses on strengthening smaller individual and civic initiatives which make use of interdisciplinary collaboration, and which address themes pertaining to social and environmental networks, while working within the framework of contemporary art.

Since 2017, we have supported more than 30 artistic initiatives in this grant program, operating mainly in the regions. You can find out more about these projects on our Perpedian Map.

The grant program is offered to projects nomination by the general public. The call for nominations is published at the beginning of the year, with a closing date usually at the end of April.

Nominations can be offered by anyone. If you or somebody you know are working on an inspiring project which may be eligible for support, email us at any time during the year at: info@agosto-foundation.org, with the subject: NOMINACE PERPEDES.

Our current Open Call with details on the selection process and evaluation criteria can be found here.

We have been also working on making the network of similarly related teams and individuals visible in the form of original interviews, articles and reports that we publish on our Perpedian Map. We supported some of these projects with a Perpedes grant.

For grant support for other projects, the foundation does not declare a general selection procedure and has no application deadlines. However, if you have a project that focus on interdisciplinary cooperation in contemporary art, current social themes such as: the environment, solidarity, cultural heritage, community cooperation, etc., do not hesitate to contact us at: info@agosto-foundation.org.
