The idea for this workshop was to use LocusCast, an app that streams to Icecast server from mobile phones, as a basis for a group performance. The working principle was to consider the paths taken by several different “streamers” as complementary sound tracks or as a score, and to remix and spatialize the streams live in an auditorium.
